How do we work out the price?                                             
The price depends on the complexity of the painting work, such as the style(photo-realism, impressionism, abstract, knife-painted etc. ), technique, numbers of objects, background, quality levels of the paintings and canvas(nylon or linen) you require, and how much preparation work and how much time they use.

In order to present the best oil paintings, we and our professional paintings supervision team inspect each and every oil painting order. We work and design each and every oil painting according to our customers' specific requirement. This is very different from other stores who bulk order cheap oil paintings (usually plain flat paintings look and feel like prints/posters) from other source and then resell it to you. Instead, we make your custom order to meet your special flavor and requirement.

If you find a painting that you like please write down the name, the item No. and the URL of the website and email to service@dafenvillage.cn We will give you a price quote within 24hours to let you know the price for reproducing the painting you have chosen.

For portraits (and pets) painting order, or any order need to be customized, please enter CUSTOM ART Page , fill in the size, scan your photo (JPEG format) and upload to the website (since our website server located in America, for American customer uploading will be quick)

Payment Options:  

1.   PayPal .         Paypal now accept Visa MasterCard Discover/Novus E-check,American Express, Visa Electron.
                          With Paypal standard checkout service a comparatively safe payment environment is offered and you can make the online payment securely.

PayPal is free for buyers . You can instantly send payments on line using your bank account and credit card without sharing your financial information with the merchant. You don't have to be a PayPal member to order, just follow the easy directions when you are at PayPal site. If you are using PayPal for the first time, please follow the steps:

1) Fill out the Paypal form , no need to open an account .

2)You then go to a secure payment page where you enter your credit card billing information. Press “Continue”.

3) The transaction is complete and you will see a "successful transaction" page confirming your order. an Email including the order details is then sent to you and to Dafenvillageonline.com. Your money is transferred immediately.

2. Bank transfer(T/T). It can be paid directly into our bank account. The amount usually takes 2-7 days to arrive. We provide full details when we receive your order.

3. MoneyGram or Westernunion . Both are an alternative to pay directly to us but the bank charge will be a bit expensive to the payer.

Our Payment Terms for Wholesale business: 50% Deposit to be paid before production, the Balance should be paid before delivery.

Delivery And Shipping: 

Delivery Time:

The order will begins the day payment is verified. Regularly our delivery time is around 1-5 weeks to complete. However, the lead-time depends on quantity, dimensions, technique and the number of details in the painting of order. We'll offer you the specific delivery date after receipt of your order and specified special requests on your order. 

Packing:

For small quantities Unframed paintings are packaged by rolling around a hard tube. They are safely packed with plastic layers in between.

For Paintings in quantities, each painting will be put the plastic layer on the surface and then 50-100pcs paintings to be put in an out carton with marks.

For Framed Paintings and Frames are packed in out carton, and frames protected by corrugated board at each angle, and then filled into bubble bag and put into a carton.

Shipping:

We send our canvases world-wide by 3 main shipping method:

•  By International Express service (UPS, DHL or Fed-ex), usually it takes around 4-7 days to reach customers.

•  By Air We use the China Post normal parcel air service, which the freight is reasonable, but can also offer the door-to-door service, normally take around 15 days, however, the freight is much cheaper than International Express, and you can also receive at home.
